Put your containers out to tender. You decide who moves them.
For importers, exporters, freight forwarders and shipping lines. You describe the shipment, choose which carriers get it and receive every quote with the same breakdown.

One price for all three
How a container move gets quoted, in one minute
You publish the containers once, carriers quote without seeing each other's offers and you pick the best price for each container.
- 1
You publish. Route, dates and containers in a single request that reaches several carriers at once.
- 2
They quote. They see the route and the load but not who you are, and no one sees anyone else's price.
- 3
You award. You pick the best price container by container. Only the carrier that wins sees your details.
You decide who gets it
Each request is published in one of these two ways.
- My carriers
- Only the carriers you already work with, linked to your account. The request reaches all of them at once, without asking each one for a price.
- Spot market
- Every active carrier on ContainerPlat. For when your regular carriers can't take it or you want to check prices.
A request says everything that changes the price
What a carrier would ask you on the phone is in the request from the start.
- Containers
- 20, 40, 40 HC and 45 ft, loaded or empty, with their ISO 6346 number and seal.
- Reefer and dangerous goods
- Reefers with their set point. Dangerous goods with their ADR or IMDG class.
- Weights
- Gross weight for every container, always. VGM, if you already have it.
- Route
- Two to six stops: empty pickup, loading, delivery and empty return, each at its terminal or address.
- Dates
- Available from, requested delivery, port cutoff and pickup cutoff, plus the deadline for quotes.
- Documents
- Attachments per container. Only the carrier who wins can open them.
Terminals in the catalogue
Each stop can be pinned to one of these terminals, so the carrier knows which quay it's going to. If yours isn't listed, you enter the address.

Every quote comes with the same parts
They all arrive in the same structure, so you compare price with price and terms with terms.
- Total or per container
- The carrier chooses how to quote, and you see the total and, if given, the price of each container.
- Surcharges and discounts in plain sight
- Each with its name and amount, in euros or as a percentage. Nothing folded into the price.
- Validity
- Until when you can accept the quote, never beyond the deadline you set.
- Waiting time
- What the carrier would charge per hour if the truck waits at the terminal or warehouse. Informative, so it doesn't surprise you.
- Partial award
- If the carrier allows it, you can accept only some of its containers.
- Several options
- One carrier can have up to five open quotes on your request, for example with different dates.
You publish without showing your book of business
Before the award, the carrier sees the route by postcode and terminal, the containers, the weights and the dates. That's what it prices. The rest only reaches it if it wins.
- Your name and contacts
- Hidden until the award, in the chat too, which opens on award.
- Your addresses
- Neither the pickup street nor the delivery street. Only the postcode, the city and the terminal.
- Your documents
- The attachments of each container, the container and seal numbers, and your reservation reference with the shipping line.

If you win, you'll see
The customer and their contacts, the exact addresses, the container and seal numbers, and the attached documents.
Award container by container
If one carrier is better with the 40 footers and another with the 20, you award each container to whoever you want. Each award becomes its own order.
- Transport order as a PDF
- The parties, the stops, the agreed dates, the containers, the price and the terms. If the order is cancelled, the PDF is stamped «NO VIGENTE» (no longer valid).
- Progress by status
- Awarded, picked up and delivered, with the times the carrier records at each stop and the proof of delivery.
- Change history
- Every change to the order is kept: what changed, when and who did it.
- Notifications
- In the app, on your phone and, if you want, by email, with a daily summary of what's pending.

Less typing, better decisions
Two AI helpers for the shipper. Both leave the decision to you.
- Fill in with AI
- Paste the email with the shipment details and the request comes out as a draft. You check it and publish it.
- Quote summary
- Explains in plain language how the quotes you've received differ: price, surcharges, dates and terms.
If you work with Claude or ChatGPT, you can also check and manage your requests from there with the ContainerPlat connector.
A person reviews every sign-up
You register in the app and someone on the team checks your company before giving it access.
- Company details
- Legal name, tax ID and registered address, and the person who will manage the account.
- Review
- A person does it, not a system, so there's no automatic deadline. Until then, the app shows that your sign-up is under review.
- A conversation first
- If you'd like to see it with your own routes before signing up, write to us and we'll show you.
Your next request, with every quote in one place.
Sign up, wait for approval and publish. If you'd rather talk first, write to us.
